I do like the way Austrade has made it possible to correct submissions. It is strange that they have a mechanism for making submissions which then discards formatting. Peculiar when said formatting dresses content destined for marketing purposes!
This is a tad poor because not all users are technically savvy, but maybe there is further assistance that I am as yet unaware of.
My take is that the follow-up email seems to be a “post delivery fix” as they became aware that formatting was lost. This also allows one to attach a company logo, which the email says can be submitted.

I plumped for a vanilla JPEG.
Oh well, if the information gets to the intended destination and in something like a presentable format, then I (and we) should be grateful for the service provided.
For those who follow in my footsteps, a second submission is possibly the way to go if you want an entry that looks OK. Here’s waiting.

ADDENDUM: It does take drilling down 3 or so layers to see whether ones entry is listed. We are not sure how long this process takes, but on 25th Feb 2009 we are still hopeful.
